Throughout my journey as a designer, I've always spent my off time playing with the possibilities of CGI, experimenting freely and seeing where it gets me. Inspired by feelings, music & other stimuli, I'm always trying to get presentable results. This is a selection of those freewill moments.

Between 2018 and 2020 I worked with Kenzo's art department on various visuals for their website and social media channels. Whether they needed assets as simple as animated "stickers" or more impactful teasers for the upcoming shows, I'd happily create these with them. Altogether we worked on approximately 20 different projects, this is a selection.
The Tali bag by Kenzo is inspired by the talisman, a magical object believed to bring its wearer good luck. A visual campaign created by Filip Custic, sets the 7 different bags in mystical compositions. I was asked to give movement to these images, and help create assets for the application allowing users to discover the different powers of each bag.

A WebGL experience showcasing the new ‘Cloudflow’ running shoe from On Running. The idea was to match their innovative approach with an equally innovative promotional website for the new high-end running shoe. The concept was ‘Shortcut to runner’s high’ so Traum designed four experiences, one for each specific feature of the shoe. I was in charge for the design of two of these experiences.
Retina Set is a Parisian musician known for his talent on mash-ups. He came to me asking for a branding, including a logotype and moving visuals. As Kenzo describe their SS17 collection as an ‘homage to rave culture and club lore’ Traum Inc explored the very definition of rave, bouncing from its origins to its present-day forms. We used VHS footage from the 80s New York nightlife scene shot by Nelson Sullivan and from the 90s European scene documented in the film ‘Public Tranceport’, and we ‘married’ it with CGI.

The "coiled" corset from The Overlook collection by Alexander McQueen (1999) combines meticulous craftsmanship, radical body adornment and was a unique collaboration between McQueen, Kees van der Graaf and jeweller Shaun Leane.
It was made of 97 handcrafted aluminium coils. The construction is similar to that of the cuirass, the sides are screwed together, with the wearer inside. Kees van der Graaf created a plaster mould of model Laura Morgan’s torso, onto which Leane then fitted the coils.
